A: Calumma’s design process starts with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation where we discuss the landscape project needs of the client, while referring to photos of the home. From here, we provide the client with a rough design cost, and once the client moves forward with a landscape design, we present them with a 3D model that reflects their inspirational images and wish list. Included with the 3D design investment are two sets of revisions.

Upon approval of the design, we assemble a highly-detailed written estimate using the 3D model as our pricing reference. Included in the construction estimate, Calumma provides the cost to complete all 2D construction drawings which are required for the construction phase.
